CLASS PREPARATION
- No experience necessary, all levels are welcome.
- Arrive 20 minutes early for your first class.
- Bring a yoga mat, bath towel, and water. (All are available for sale or rent.)
- Be well hydrated and have an empty stomach.
- Dress lightly. Be prepared to work hard and sweat!
- No late admittance in respect of others.
- Showers are available for after class.
