The Studio

We are pleased that you have decided to do yoga at Bikram Yoga Sandy. All of us at the studio share a passion for Bikram Yoga and believe in its ability to affect positive change in lives. Our certified Bikram Yoga teachers will encourage and inspire you to do your best; your efforts will be recognized and milestones celebrated.

The Studio

At Bikram Yoga Sandy, we strive to create a welcoming and attractive atmosphere for you to practice Bikram Yoga. We make every effort to provide our students with a comfortable, clean, and environmentally friendly studio.

Amenities

Amenities include spacious men's and women's changing rooms with ample seating, shelving and clothing hooks. Each changing room is equipped with restroom facilities and multiple showers. Filter and reverse-osmoses water available in the studio, so bring your own water bottle to fill up.

Reception Area

Our hope is that Bikram Yoga Sandy will become your home away from home — a place you can visit to be quiet, compassionate, and aware with your self. A place for you to meet new people and make new friends.

Our reception includes seating, places for your shoes, and plenty of retail such as yoga clothing, yoga mats, towels, water bottles, coconut water, and numerous other items required in your yoga practice.
